To complete part six of the Wonders of the World series, you must accumulate either 30km, 100km or 200km in your own time. The Blue Hole is in the Yucatan peninsula, in the Caribbean Sea, just off the coast of Belize. A huge, natural wonder with a 318m diameter and 124m sheer drop to the sea bed. With the coral reefs around its edge, this really is a sight to behold. If you are a keen scuba diver (as well as runner), then this must be on your bucket list!
This jigsaw piece medal fits nicely next to the Lake Baikal Ice Cave to its left and Iguazu Falls above. We have tried to depict the sheer size of this 'hole' off the coast of Belize. The deep, blue colour shows the depth and bronze/silver/gold reefs around the edges make this a true natural wonder of the world.
